What is an ERP integration?
An ERP integration connects another application to your ERP so data moves between them automatically. A native integration runs inside the ERP with real-time, two-way sync, so there are no CSV exports and no duplicate entry, and the ERP stays your system of record.
Which ERPs does Centime integrate with?
Centime integrates natively with Oracle NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Intuit QuickBooks (Online and Desktop). For other systems, it uses an AI and API-based approach to onboard the long tail of 250+ ERPs in use across the US.
Is the integration native, or does it require CSV exports?
It is native. Centime is embedded directly in your ERP with real-time, two-way sync, so vendors and customers, bills, POs, receipts, and payments move both ways automatically. There are no CSV exports, no imports, and no duplicate keying.
Does Centime support QuickBooks Online and Desktop?
Yes. Centime is listed on the Intuit QuickBooks App Store and works with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Can Centime connect to more than one ERP at once?
Yes. Teams that run more than one system, for example NetSuite with a few entities on QuickBooks, can connect each one to the same Centime platform.
What if my ERP isn't one of the four?
Centime uses an AI and API-based approach to connect the long tail of 250+ ERPs in use across the US. If your system isn't listed, talk to the team about connecting it.
Is my data secure?
Centime maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance and layers granular approval controls and role-based permissions over every payment. Centime is a financial technology company, not a bank: banking products are provided by First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), Member FDIC.
