What is Centime Cash Flow Control?

Centime Cash Flow Control is cloud-based software that integrates with your General Ledger and bank accounts, and features components that enable you to control and manage cash flow.

How do I know if it's right for my business?

We work with growing small and mid-sized businesses, with 10 to 1,000 employees. Our clients manage AP & AR, forecast (or aim to forecast) cash flow, and use either QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online or Oracle NetSuite as their General Ledger application.

What if I don't have a supported General Ledger application?

You cannot use Centime Cash Flow Control until it is integrated with a supported General Ledger application.

Why should I allow you to access my General Ledger?

Most General Ledger applications support integration APIs that are used by 3rd party applications like ours to provide value-added functions over and above those provided by the application. Examples include solutions to automate Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, disburse tax payments and manage payroll and employee expenses. Centime is one such application; market testing has not revealed any objections to our proposed integration with and access to General Ledger data.

What data do you receive from my General Ledger?

We fetch account receivable and account payables information from General Ledger application

What data do you post to my General Ledger?

Currently, we do not post data back to General Ledger. In the future, any payment transactions performed via Centime will be posted back to your General Ledger

Security

Is Centime secure?

Yes! We have implemented controls inline with global security standards such as PCI DSS, SOC I etc.

What measures are in place to secure my business data?

We are certified as a sanctioned 3rd party application by the General Ledger providers of QuickBooks and Oracle NetSuite. In addition, Centime soon will be accredited with industry-standard security and control guidelines such as SSAE 18, PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR. These accreditation reports can be provided to prospective clients.

Will you be able to access and use confidential financial information?

Only with the client’s permission. Although Centime directly integrates with the business General Ledger, employees are not automatically entitled to view and access General Ledger data. Access to client General Ledger data is controlled by a documented set of policies and procedures that limit access to a limited number of Centime client success personnel.

Can the product corrupt my General Ledger data?

No.

Why do you need to connect to the GL?

The General Ledger is the source of data for Centime Cash Flow Control which features several modules, allowing the user management of a key component of the cash flow control lifecycle (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Flow Forecasting, KPIs).

Which General Ledger applications do you support?

Centime has been integrated with and supports QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online and Oracle NetSuite. These are broad market General Ledger applications with a large installed base in our initial market (clients with between 10 and 1,000 employees). Over time, we will integrate with other General Ledger applications, including solutions that target specific market verticals.
